Timeshare Legal is full of it. Don’t trust them they are a scam just like the timeshare. They put me in a bigger hole and I didn’t get any help at all. All they were concerned about was as getting paid. that works there is very rude and obnoxious. It took her 4 weeks to return my many of messages and emails. Please reconsider and do more research I don’t want people to get taken advantage of again and again. Please email me if you have any questions and I will be happy to explain what they are doing. Legal Cooks and Paid Liers (lawyers)DO NOT USE TIMESHARE LEGAL

BIG SCAM they take 5k and make you wait over a year when the Timeshare company starts the Foreclosure process due to non-payment and state “Well your Timeshare is now canceled” NO IT WENT IN FORECLOSURE BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT.. NOT BECAUSE Timeshare legal successfully assisted me with cancellation and promised that this process would not effect my credit score ( and job) … Do not believe them regarding 100% money-back guarantee. They are rude when requesting it. My next steps are BBB FORMAL COMPLAINT AND HIRING A LAWYER. Of course, I will also tell the * social media, yelp, and have all my friends/family share my story. DO not do business with Timeshare legal… just flushing your money down the toilet! PS The stress this has caused me has made it nearly impossible to focus and get out of depression. Keep your finances and mental health!!!

I feel like *** was just as deceptive as the original timeshare company. *** had bad communication throughout. I kept getting a new person and I had to keep reaching out to get information as little information came in a timely manner, except at the beginning. When I first started, they talked about how great a time it was that I could join as they were going to speak to that timeshare company that same quarter and was telling me how quickly they could resolve (possibly in several months) and that they thought they could get money back for me. I jumped through every hoop and did everything they asked and would constantly go months without any feedback. It ended up taking just about 1 year; literally days before my 1-year contract with *** was going to expire. Of course, all those promises and suggestions to get me in the door were not realized. I did ultimately get the small timeshare cancelled. Again, with a lack of information from ***, I was led to believe that all was resolved and ended with no further paying. I now have a large **** from the timeshare company in which I will now have to pay taxes on the remaining payoff balance of the timeshare because *** was just doing the bare minimum with their very high costs. After paying ***, credit services, and now taxes on cancelled timeshare, I am paying just as much as I would have without cancelling the timeshare contract. I was clear with the *** team members about getting this timeshare “cancelled” and the timeshare company negating the transaction and buying back the property as they would just sell it to someone else and not lose funds. Of course, the *** person did not advise without direct questions from me throughout and was careful not to mention anything about this. This is very disappointing and going to cost me even more money. A company which prides itself on their record and how well they do should certainly advise clients on what to expect along the way and after. I got very little help.
